GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXHIBITIONS AND FAIRS AT OJSC SJSC AREC

9.  ASSEMBLY, DECORATION, AND DISASSEMBLY

9.1. Assembly, decoration, and disassembly, including electrotechnical and sanitary technical work, shall be performed in accordance with the Rules for assembly, decoration, and disassembly in exhibition space of OJSC SJSC AREC, forming integral part of the application agreement, within the established period and within the boundaries of leased exhibition space.

9.2. All temporary constructions and stands shall be installed within the boundaries of allocated exhibition space. Height of stands shall not exceed 2.5 meters. Any excess of this height, including construction of the stand with two or more flows, is subject to a permit issued by OJSC SJSC AREC, which is issued against presentation of complete technical documents.

9.3. Loading, unloading, assembly and decoration of the display in the exhibition/fair may start earlier than the date established by OJSC SJSC AREC and shall be completed, including removal of containers, at least 24 hours prior to official inauguration of the exhibition/fair in full compliance with requirements of the control and pass systems and safeguarding system established by OJSC SJSC AREC.

9.4. The exhibitor shall be obliged to transfer under the certificate all equipment and inventory leased from OJSC SJSC AREC in the good state of repairs prior to the disassembly termination.

9.5. All decoration, construction, and assembly services ordered by the exhibitor as well as any supplementary equipment shall be paid on the basis of separate invoices in accordance with quotations fixed by OJSC SJSC AREC. Invoices must be paid prior to construction and assembly.

9.6. Disassembly of the display may only start after formal closing of the exhibition/fair. The exhibitor shall be obliged to complete disassembly and all work related to bringing the leased exhibition area to the initial state as well as removal of exhibition cargos by the deadline established by OJSC SJSC AREC for a specific exhibition/fair.

9.7. Upon completion of the exhibition/fair, all components and materials of constructions as well as equipment of the exhibition stand (display), including saw timber, fiber board, chip board, biolith, carpet coverings, etc. shall be removed by the exhibitor independently or by AREC KhOZU CJSC at the exhibitor's application and expense.

9.8. During the exhibition closing ceremony, the pavilion shall be closed for removal of displays, equipment, and other materials from the display stands.
