GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXHIBITIONS AND FAIRS AT OJSC SJSC AREC

16.  DISPUTE SETTLEMENT AND LIMITATION PERIOD

16.1. Any disputes and differences between the exhibitor and OJSC SJSC AREC, if they are not resolved through bilateral negotiations, shall be subject to settlement in the established manner in the arbitration where the defendant is located.

16.2. Russian substantial law shall be applied. In case of discrepancies in interpretation of these General Rules and Conditions of Participation in Exhibitions and Fairs of OJSC SJSC AREC published in foreign languages, the Russian text shall control.

16.3. The limitation period shall be established in accordance with civil law of the Russian Federation and is equal to three years. The limitation period shall start in accordance with Russian applicable law.
