GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXHIBITIONS AND FAIRS AT OJSC SJSC AREC

1.  GENERAL TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. These Conditions are binding on all participants in exhibitions and fairs arranged by the All-Russia Exhibition Center State Joint-Stock Company, an open joint stock company (hereinafter OJSC SJSC AREC), in its exhibition space.

1.2. Types of exhibitors' participation in exhibitions and fairs of OJSC SJSC AREC:

• Individual participation — direct participation of a firm in the exhibition/fair, when exhibition space is leased;
• Collective participation — participation of several partner firms or groups of firms on the same leased exhibition space;
• Indirect (absentee) participation — indirect participation presents a firm with an option to provide information on its business operations in the formal catalogue of the exhibition/fair or, upon agreement with OJSC SJSC AREC, to exhibit its products on the stand of a partner firm;
• Sub-lease of exhibition space — provision by the exhibitor of exhibition space to any third party; provided that the sub-lease agreement is entered into with OJSC SJSC AREC. Without entering into such agreement with OJSC SJSC AREC, the exhibitor shall have not right to grant its exhibition space on lease, either partially or in full, and either for free or for remuneration, to a third party.
