“GAO VVC — rest center of Muscovites and visitors of the capital” — this is the name of one of “Concepts of GAO VVC development” programs, which determine the basic objectives, principles and directions of All-Russian Exhibition Center modernization. The purpose of the program is to make the All-Russian Exhibition Center the main platform for carrying out festivals and holidays, celebrated by Moscow. About 20 large-scale entertaining events take place in VVC annually.
